CDを1にすると，
Stage 2変換を介してアクセスされる Normal Memory は全て Non-cacheable になる．
Stage 2変換テーブルへのアクセスは Non-cacheable になる．
IDを1にすると，
- Stage 2変換を介した命令アクセスは全て Non-cacheable になる．
